Every Monday and Wednesday all
are welcomed to our adult functional exercising group - Healthy back.
Withing this group we are doing medium / light intensity exercises
suitable for any level of physical fitness. Training includes
strength, flexibility, coordination and balance exercises to strengthen
the spine muscle cord, helping to keep good stance, feel good, and
protect yourself from physical injuries. Regular attendance will reduce the pain and back tiredness, resulting from
prolonged static or forced posture, such as working on a computer. In
addition, we will use a variety of physiotherapy small equipment -
large and small gymnastics balls, sticks, dumbbells, elastic rubber,
balance mats, etc.
